Rooted Holistic Health starts from the ground up & the inside out to target the root cause. I am a Holistic Health Coach, Registered Dietitian, & Certified Personal Trainer who combines motivational nutrition, fitness, & mindset counseling to help you achieve your health goals all while developing a healthy relationship with food, movement, & body.

Growing up on a small family farm, I quickly learned about the value of the nutrients in the soil that foster plant growth & development. In my early 20s, I moved far away from the farm to gain a new perspective. My bachelors & masters human nutrition education taught me about the essential nutrients in food that help us not only survive, but thrive. I understand the complexities of the term “health”, strongly believe in the Health At Every Size (TM) principles, & advocate for health equity. I am driven to cultivate a culture that respects all body types. Furthermore, I am passionate about protecting the environment through food & soil sustainability practices such as gardening & composting. In 2024, I returned to my hometown to re-connect with my soul roots & start a non for profit with my sister & parents on the family farm. → Caring Cultivators @ Middendorf’s Farm.

Rooted Holistic Health is about coming home to yourself. For more presence, peace,& a deeper rooted purpose. I strive to create a healthy environment while developing an energetic legacy that nurtures my mind & nourishes my soul. With compassion & a mindset of curiosity, I help people discover what types of foods & movement feel best in their body. I help people reflect where they come from, who they are today, & who they aspire to be moving forward. To be authentically and holistically you.
